Monica Noussair

Centre Director of SAGE Early Learning Centre Belfield

Hi there - I'm Miss Monica! I am the Centre Director and Nominated Supervisor at SAGE Belfield, bringing a strong academic foundation and a deep commitment to excellence in early childhood education. I currently hold a Certificate III and Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and am currently completing my Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Care alongside a Bachelor of Speech Pathology.

With an extensive understanding of the National Quality Standard, I am passionate about embedding high quality practice across all areas of the service. I believe in purposeful, play based learning that nurtures children’s confidence, communication, independence and sense of belonging.

  I am dedicated to building meaningful partnerships with families, supporting educator growth and creating a warm, inclusive environment where every child feels safe, valued and inspired to thrive.

Tali Kyrillos

Hi, I’m Talita, though many know me as Miss Tali. I’m a proud mum of two and a true family person at heart.

Over the past 12 years, I’ve grown from a trainee to completing my bachelor’s degree, and now have the privilege of serving as Director and Nominated Supervisor at SAGE ELC Carlton.

I’m passionate about creating fun, hands-on environments where children can learn, play, and grow, while guiding a dedicated team of educators.

Above all, I strive to ensure every child feels safe, valued, and cared for—a warm “home away from home.”
